The aim of the project was to install meeting room and boardroom AV systems that would enhance communication and collaboration within the workplace.
To achieve this, our client instructed us to work alongside them to put together a brief for the deployment. We began by conducting a thorough assessment of the office space, taking into consideration the layout, size and lighting of each room. We then designed a customised AV system for both the meeting rooms and boardroom, which included high-quality audio and visual equipment.
For the meeting room, we installed a large LFD display that allows users to share their presentations and collaborate in real-time. We also included a high-quality sound system, microphones and cameras to enable clear communication during virtual meetings.
In the boardroom, we installed a state-of-the-art video conferencing system with PTZ camera, ensuring that all participants can be seen and heard clearly. We also installed a large, high-resolution display for presentations and a high-quality sound system for optimal audio quality.
Both systems were designed to be user-friendly, with simple controls that enable users to easily switch between different input sources and adjust the volume as needed. We also provided comprehensive training and support to ensure that all staff were comfortable and confident in using the AV equipment.
SPOR successfully installed this integrated system within our clients meeting room environment. Technology encompassed Microsoft Teams driven video conference solutions as well as digital signage capabilities.
